How To Make Prize-Winning Baby Back Ribs Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 racks of baby back ribs
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- 1/2 cup of paprika
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon of onion powder
- 1 tablespoon of chili powder
- 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- 1 cup of your favorite barbecue sauce
Instructions

Preheat your grill to medium heat.

In a bowl, mix together the brown sugar, paprika, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, and cayenne pepper to create a dry rub.

Rub the dry rub all over the ribs, making sure to coat them evenly.

Place the ribs on the grill and cook for 2 hours, turning occasionally.

After 2 hours, baste the ribs with the barbecue sauce and continue cooking for another hour, or until the ribs are tender.

Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
