Ingredients

  • 2 racks of baby back ribs
  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup of paprika
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon of onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon of chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup of your favorite barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.

  2. In a bowl, mix together the brown sugar, paprika, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, and cayenne pepper to create a dry rub.

  3. Rub the dry rub all over the ribs, making sure to coat them evenly.

  4. Place the ribs on the grill and cook for 2 hours, turning occasionally.

  5. After 2 hours, baste the ribs with the barbecue sauce and continue cooking for another hour, or until the ribs are tender.

  6. Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
