How To Make Korean Sesame Pork Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 1 lb pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 2 medium carrots, julienned
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 4 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions

In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, minced garlic, minced ginger, and sesame seeds. Whisk until well combined.

Marinate the sliced pork in the sauce for at least 10 minutes.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the marinated pork and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the sliced onion, carrots, and bell pepper. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, or until the vegetables are crisp-tender.

Return the cooked pork to the skillet and stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes, until everything is well coated in the sauce.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped green onions.

Serve the Korean sesame pork stir-fry over cooked rice.
