How To Make Homemade Wor Wonton Soup
Our hearty wonton soup is loaded with tasty vegetables and shrimp for a more belly-filling meal! Whip this hearty soup up in just an hour.

Ingredients
For Wonton Filling:
- 8ozground pork
- 4green onions,finely chopped
- 1tbspsoy sauce
- 1tspsesame oil
- 1tspginger,fresh, grated
- 1egg white
- 1½tspcornstarch
- 30wonton wrappers
For Soup:
- 1cupbroccoli
- 1cupcarrots
- 1cupbok choy
- 1cupcelery
- 8cupschicken broth
- 2tbspsoy sauce
- 2tspsesame oil
- 2tspginger,fresh
- ⅓cupbasil leaves,fresh, sliced
- 3tbspgreen onions
- 1garlic clove,minced
- 24medium shrimp,defrosted, tail removed
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the pork, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, egg white, cornstarch.

Place 1 teaspoon of filling in the center of a wonton wrapper.

Moisten the edges, then fold in half to create a triangle.

Moisten the two longer tips and bring together. Press together.

Dip the bottom in flour, then place on a parchment lined pan. Repeat with remaining wontons.

Bring the broth to a boil.

Add the carrots, celery, soy sauce, sesame oil, and ginger.

Let boil for 2 minutes.

Add in the wontons, bok choy, and broccoli, then let boil for 5 minutes.

Add in the shrimp in the last 3 minutes.

Remove from heat, add the basil and garlic.
