Ingredients

  • 2lbspork loin chops,boneless, cut into chunks
  • 1tbspoil
  • 28ozchicken broth,(28 oz cans)
  • 12ozfrozen edamame
  • 2tbspsoy sauce
  • 1tbsphoisin sauce
  • 2tspfresh ginger,grated
  • ¼tspred pepper,crushed
  • 6clovesgarlic,minced
  • 1pkgramen noodles,broken up

Instructions

  1. Slice meat into 1-inch pieces. If needed, trim fat from meat. Brown in a large skillet of hot oil.

  2. Put meat in a slow cooker. Stir in chicken broth, edamame, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, ginger, crushed red pepper, and garlic.

  3. Cover and cook on low-heat for 7 to 8 hours or on high-heat for close to 4 hours. Stir in uncooked ramen noodles, cover and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes.
