
How To Make Slow-Cooker Sweet-and-Sour Country Style Ribs
These country style ribs have just the perfect balance of sweet and sour. You also don’t have to put in a lot of effort as the slow cooker does most of it.

- ½cupketchup
- ½cuplight-brown sugar,packed
- ½cupcider vinegar
- 1tbspmustard powder
- ½tspcayenne pepper
- coarse salt and ground pepper
- 4lbscountry-style pork ribs
- barbecue sauce
Instructions

In slow cooker, whisk together ketchup, sugar, vinegar, mustard powder, cayenne, 1 teaspoon salt, and pepper.

Add ribs to slow cooker, and toss with sauce. Arrange ribs, bone side up, in a single row. Cover; cook on High, 6 hours (or on Low, 10 hours).

Serve ribs drizzled with pan juices and, if desired, barbecue sauce.
