How To Make Simple Country Ribs Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 pounds of country-style pork ribs
- 1 cup of barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).

Season the ribs with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the ribs to the skillet and sear them on all sides until browned, about 5 minutes per side.

Pour the barbecue sauce over the ribs, coating them evenly.

Cover the skillet with foil and transfer it to the preheated oven.

Bake the ribs for 1.5 to 2 hours, or until they are tender and cooked through.

Remove the foil during the last 15 minutes of cooking to allow the sauce to thicken.

Serve the country ribs hot with additional barbecue sauce on the side.
