How To Make Slow Cooker Kielbasa and Beer Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb kielbasa sausage, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bottle (12 oz) of beer
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

In a slow cooker, combine the sliced kielbasa, onion, and minced garlic.

In a separate bowl, mix together the beer, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.

Pour the beer mixture over the kielbasa and onions in the slow cooker.

Cover the slow cooker and cook on low heat for 4 hours or until the kielbasa is tender and the flavors have melded together.

Once cooked, remove the lid and sprinkle with fresh parsley for garnish.
