How To Make Slow Cooker Beer Braised Beef Dip Sandwiches
Skip the line at the restaurant and just recreate your own dip sandwiches at home! This sandwich is packed with a flavorful braised beef for a filling meal.

Ingredients
- 5lbschuck roast
- 2tspkosher salt
- ½tspcoarse ground black pepper
- 1tbspcanola oil
- 1tbspWorcestershire sauce
- 1canbeerlike Guinness
- 1yellow onioncut into thick rings
- 10hoagie rolls
- 5tbspbutter
Instructions

Rub the chuck roast with the salt and pepper.

Heat up a large cast iron skillet on high heat with the canola oil.

Sear the beef on each side for 3 to 4 minutes until golden brown.

Layer the onions onto the bottom of the slow cooker.

Put the beef and the drippings from the pan into the slow cooker.

Add the Worcestershire Sauce and beer.

Cook on Low for 90 minutes.

Using a standard meat thermometer, cook to 135 degrees F for medium rare or 140 degrees F for medium.

Remove the beef from the slow cooker, then let rest for 10 minutes.

Slice the beef into thin strips.

Spread the hoagie rolls with the butter, then toast them onto a grill or pan until lightly browned.

Layer the sliced beef onto the rolls.

Dip the sandwich in the drippings, serve, and enjoy!
