How To Make Slow Cooker Roast Beef in its own Gravy Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 lbs beef roast
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
Instructions

Add the sliced onion and minced garlic on top of the roast.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Pour the mixture over the roast.

Cook on low heat for 8 hours or until the beef is tender.

Remove the beef from the slow cooker and set aside.

In a small bowl, mix together the cornstarch and water to create a slurry. Pour the slurry into the slow cooker and stir to combine.

Cook on high heat for an additional 15 minutes or until the gravy has thickened.

Slice the roast beef and serve with the gravy.
