Ingredients
- 1 lb green beans, trimmed
- 8 oz ham, diced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the green beans and cook for 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the diced ham to the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes until lightly browned.

Add the cooked green beans to the skillet and toss to combine. Season with salt and black pepper.

Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the green beans are heated through.
