Ingredients

  • 1 lb green beans, trimmed
  • 8 oz ham, diced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the green beans and cook for 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

  3. Add the diced ham to the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes until lightly browned.

  4. Add the cooked green beans to the skillet and toss to combine. Season with salt and black pepper.

  5. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the green beans are heated through.

  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
