How To Make Big V’s Slow-Cooker Pulled Pork Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 pounds pork shoulder, boneless
- 1 onion, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 4 hamburger buns, for serving
Instructions

Place the sliced onion and minced garlic at the bottom of the slow cooker.

Season the pork shoulder with salt, pepper, and chili powder. Place it on top of the onions.

In a bowl, mix together the barbecue sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard. Pour the sauce over the pork.

Cook on low heat for 8 hours or on high heat for 4 hours, until the pork is tender and easily shreds.

Once cooked, use two forks to shred the pork directly in the slow cooker.

Toast the hamburger buns lightly and spoon the pulled pork onto each bun, serving warm.
