Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork tenderloin
  • 1 cup low-calorie BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 whole wheat buns

Instructions

  1. Spray slow cooker with cooking spray and place pork loin inside.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine BBQ sauce, onion, apple cider vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

  3. Pour mixture over pork tenderloin in slow cooker and cook on low for 6-7 hours.

  4. Remove pork and shred with two forks, then return to slow cooker to cook on low for another 30 minutes.

  5. Serve pulled pork on whole wheat buns and enjoy!
