How To Make Low Calorie Slow Cooker Pulled Pork Recipe
Slow cooked pulled pork with a low calorie twist, perfect for a healthy and satisfying meal.

Ingredients
- 1 lb pork tenderloin
- 1 cup low-calorie BBQ sauce
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 whole wheat buns
Instructions

Spray slow cooker with cooking spray and place pork loin inside.

In a mixing bowl, combine BBQ sauce, onion, apple cider vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Pour mixture over pork tenderloin in slow cooker and cook on low for 6-7 hours.

Remove pork and shred with two forks, then return to slow cooker to cook on low for another 30 minutes.
