How To Make Juicy Pulled Pork Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 lbs pork shoulder
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions

In a small bowl, combine paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to make a dry rub.

Rub the dry rub all over the pork shoulder, ensuring it is evenly coated.

In a slow cooker, mix together chicken broth, apple cider vinegar, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and honey.

Place the seasoned pork shoulder in the slow cooker and cover with the sauce mixture.

Cook on low heat for 8 hours, until the pork is fork-tender and can be easily pulled apart.

Once cooked, remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks.

Pour the remaining sauce from the slow cooker into a saucepan and simmer until it thickens.

Add the thickened sauce back to the shredded pork and mix well to coat.
