How To Make Smoked Salmon Quiche

- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 6 ounces of smoked salmon, chopped
- 1 cup of shredded Gruyere cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon of dried dill
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Roll out the pie crust and press it into a 9-inch quiche dish or pie plate. Trim any excess crust.

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, black pepper, and dill until well combined.

Spread the chopped smoked salmon evenly over the bottom of the pie crust.

Sprinkle the shredded Gruyere cheese over the smoked salmon.
