How To Make Slow Cooker Pineapple Pulled Pork Recipe

- 2 pounds pork shoulder, trimmed of excess fat
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Hamburger buns, for serving
Instructions

Place the pork shoulder in the slow cooker.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the pineapple juice, barbecue sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, cumin, and black pepper.

Pour the mixture over the pork shoulder, ensuring it is evenly coated.

Cook on low heat for 8-10 hours, or until the pork is tender and easily shreds with a fork.

Once cooked, remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks.
