How To Make Tuna & Sweetcorn Slice

Ingredients

  • 2 cans of tuna, drained
  • 1 can of sweetcorn, drained
  • 1 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup of grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup of chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

  2. In a large bowl, combine the tuna, sweetcorn, breadcrumbs, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, eggs, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the slice is set.

  5. Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing into squares or rectangles.

  6. Serve the Tuna & Sweetcorn Slice warm or at room temperature.
