How To Make Tuna & Sweetcorn Slice

Ingredients
- 2 cans of tuna, drained
- 1 can of sweetcorn, drained
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup of grated cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup of chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a large bowl, combine the tuna, sweetcorn, breadcrumbs, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, eggs, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the slice is set.

Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing into squares or rectangles.

Serve the Tuna & Sweetcorn Slice warm or at room temperature.
