How To Make Tangy Tuna Burgers

Ingredients
- 2 cans of tuna (5 oz each), drained
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 hamburger buns
- Lettuce, tomato, and other desired toppings
Instructions

In a bowl, combine the drained tuna, breadcrumbs, red onion, parsley, Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

Heat a grill or a skillet over medium heat. Divide the tuna mixture into four equal portions and shape them into patties.

Cook the tuna patties on the grill or skillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and heated through.

Toast the hamburger buns.

Assemble the burgers by placing a tuna patty on the bottom half of each bun. Add lettuce, tomato, and any other desired toppings. Top with the other half of the bun.
