How To Make Squid & Prawn Skewers

Ingredients
- 300g squid, cleaned and cut into rings
- 300g prawns, peeled and deveined
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions

In a bowl, combine garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Add squid and prawns to the marinade and toss to coat. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.

Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium heat.

Thread the squid and prawns onto the skewers, alternating between the two.

Grill the skewers for 2-3 minutes per side or until the seafood is cooked through and slightly charred.

Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
