How To Make Spicy Tuna & Chickpea Patties

Ingredients
- 2 cans of tuna, drained
- 1 can of chickpeas, drained and mashed
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

In a bowl, combine the tuna, mashed chickpeas, breadcrumbs, red onion, parsley, garlic, cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Form the mixture into patties, about 3 inches in diameter.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.

Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or on a bun as a sandwich.
