How To Make Trio’s Grilled Salmon Recipe

Smoky and juicy grilled salmon with a zesty blend of spices

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Brush salmon fillets with olive oil and sprinkle spice mixture on top.

  4. Place salmon fillets on grill, skin-side down. Grill for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.

  5. Squeeze lemon juice on top of grilled salmon and serve hot.
