Serves:

Ingredients

  • 8 slices of smoked salmon
  • 2 medium-sized beetroots, cooked and thinly sliced
  • 1 cup of crème fraîche
  • 2 tablespoons of vodka
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh dill sprigs, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the crème fraîche, vodka, chopped dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

  2. Lay 2 slices of smoked salmon on each plate.

  3. Place a few slices of cooked beetroot on top of the salmon.

  4. Drizzle the vodka crème fraîche over the beetroot and salmon.

  5. Garnish with fresh dill sprigs.

  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
