How To Make Smoked Salmon with Beetroot & Vodka Crème Fraîche

Ingredients
- 8 slices of smoked salmon
- 2 medium-sized beetroots, cooked and thinly sliced
- 1 cup of crème fraîche
- 2 tablespoons of vodka
- 1 tablespoon of fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh dill sprigs, for garnish
Instructions

In a small bowl, mix together the crème fraîche, vodka, chopped dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

Lay 2 slices of smoked salmon on each plate.

Place a few slices of cooked beetroot on top of the salmon.

Drizzle the vodka crème fraîche over the beetroot and salmon.

Garnish with fresh dill sprigs.

Serve immediately and enjoy!
