How To Make Salmon with Greens & Crème Fraîche

- 4 salmon fillets
- 8 cups mixed greens
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Place the salmon fillets skin side down in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until crispy.

Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.

In a large bowl, toss the mixed greens with lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Divide the mixed greens onto 4 plates and top each with a salmon fillet.

Spoon a generous amount of crème fraîche over each salmon fillet.
