Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 200g smoked salmon
  • 2 medium-sized potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil, for brushing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

  2. Roll out the puff pastry and place it onto a baking sheet.

  3. Layer the smoked salmon evenly over the pastry, leaving a border around the edges.

  4. Arrange the sliced potatoes and onions on top of the salmon, overlapping them slightly.

  5. Sprinkle the chopped dill, salt, and pepper over the potatoes and onions.

  6. Brush the edges of the pastry with olive oil.

  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and the potatoes are cooked through.

  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
