How To Make Potato & Salmon Grill

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 4 medium-sized potatoes, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 lemon, sliced

Preheat grill to medium heat.

Brush the salmon fillets and potato slices with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Place the salmon fillets on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

While the salmon is grilling, place the potato slices on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until tender and lightly charred.
