How To Make Curried Hummus

Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 3 tablespoons tahini
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: extra olive oil, chopped parsley, paprika
Instructions

In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, curry powder, cumin, turmeric, salt, and pepper.

Process until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.

Adjust the seasoning to your taste, adding more curry powder or lemon juice if desired.

Transfer to a serving dish and drizzle with olive oil.

Sprinkle with chopped parsley and a pinch of paprika, if desired.
