How To Make Canned Salmon and Dill Tart Recipe
A delicious and flavorful tart filled with canned salmon and fresh dill.

Ingredients
- 1 can of salmon, drained and flaked
- 1/4 cup of sour cream
- 2 tbsp of fresh dill, chopped
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp of salt
- 1/4 tsp of black pepper
- 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp of water
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a bowl, mix together the canned salmon, sour cream, fresh dill, onion, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.

Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into 4 equal squares.

Place the puff pastry squares onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Spoon the salmon mixture onto each puff pastry square, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edges.

Brush the edges of the puff pastry squares with the beaten egg.

Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes, until the pastry is golden brown and puffed up.

Serve hot or cold.
