How To Make Avocado & Smoked Salmon Spelt Spaghetti
There’s a reason why pasta is a popular favorite. It’s such a multi-purpose dish that can be enjoyed in a multitude of ways. With so many pasta ideas to choose from, your biggest challenge will be deciding on which pasta recipes to go for!

Ingredients
- 250g spelt spaghetti
- 1 ripe avocado
- 150g smoked salmon
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh dill, for garnish
Instructions

Cook the spelt spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a bowl, mash the avocado with a fork until smooth. Add the lemon juice and olive oil, and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.

Add the mashed avocado to the cooked spaghetti and toss until well coated.

Tear the smoked salmon into small pieces and add it to the spaghetti.

Gently toss everything together until well combined.

Divide the spaghetti into serving plates and garnish with fresh dill.

Serve immediately and enjoy!
