Ingredients
- 4 swordfish steaks
- 4 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
- 4 sprigs of fresh mint
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for grilling
Instructions

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Using a sharp knife, make small incisions into each swordfish steak.

Insert a slice of garlic and a sprig of mint into each incision.

Season the fish with salt and pepper on both sides.

Drizzle olive oil over the swordfish steaks.

Grill the fish for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and nicely charred.

Remove the swordfish from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
