Ingredients

  • 4 swordfish steaks
  • 4 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
  • 4 sprigs of fresh mint
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for grilling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  2. Using a sharp knife, make small incisions into each swordfish steak.

  3. Insert a slice of garlic and a sprig of mint into each incision.

  4. Season the fish with salt and pepper on both sides.

  5. Drizzle olive oil over the swordfish steaks.

  6. Grill the fish for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and nicely charred.

  7. Remove the swordfish from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

  8. Serve the grilled swordfish steaks with a side of roasted potatoes and a fresh salad.
