  • 4 swordfish steaks
  • 2 cups fresh tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

  2. Season the swordfish with salt and pepper and place them in a baking dish.

  3. In a bowl, mix together the tomatoes, basil, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper.

  4. Spoon the tomato mixture over the swordfish steaks.

  5. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the swordfish is cooked through.
