How To Make Griddled Swordfish with Pineapple & Chilli Salsa

- 4 swordfish steaks
- 1 pineapple, peeled and diced
- 1 red chili, seeded and finely chopped
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Instructions

Preheat a griddle pan over medium-high heat.

Season the swordfish steaks with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.

Cook the swordfish on the griddle pan for about 4-5 minutes per side, until cooked through and nicely grill-marked.

In a bowl, combine the diced pineapple, chopped chili, red onion, lime juice, cilantro, and a pinch of salt.
