  • 4 swordfish steaks
  • 1 pineapple, peeled and diced
  • 1 red chili, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat a griddle pan over medium-high heat.

  2. Season the swordfish steaks with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.

  3. Cook the swordfish on the griddle pan for about 4-5 minutes per side, until cooked through and nicely grill-marked.

  4. In a bowl, combine the diced pineapple, chopped chili, red onion, lime juice, cilantro, and a pinch of salt.

  5. Serve the grilled swordfish steaks topped with the pineapple and chili salsa.
