  • 4 cod fillets
  • 2 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Pat dry the cod fillets with a paper towel and season both sides with salt and lemon pepper seasoning.

  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  4. Place the cod fillets in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until nicely browned.

  5. Transfer the cod fillets to a baking dish and drizzle with lemon juice.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with your choice of side dish.
