How To Make Lemon Pepper Cod

- 4 cod fillets
- 2 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Pat dry the cod fillets with a paper towel and season both sides with salt and lemon pepper seasoning.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Place the cod fillets in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until nicely browned.

Transfer the cod fillets to a baking dish and drizzle with lemon juice.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with your choice of side dish.
