  • 1 lb (450g) prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup sherry
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

  2. Add the garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  3. Add the prawns to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.

  4. Pour in the sherry and season with salt and black pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

  5. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot.
