How To Make Creamy Linguine with Prawns

Ingredients
- 300g linguine pasta
- 200g prawns, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

Cook the linguine pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add the prawns to the skillet and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes. Remove the prawns from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce thickens.

Add the cooked linguine pasta and prawns back into the skillet. Toss to coat the pasta and prawns with the creamy sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve the creamy linguine with prawns hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
