  • 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tablespoons of butter, melted
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your smoker or grill to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Place the shrimp in a baking dish or foil-lined pan, and pour the garlic butter mixture over the shrimp. Toss gently to coat.

  4. Transfer the baking dish or pan to the preheated smoker or grill.

  5. Smoke the shrimp for 10-15 minutes, until they turn pink and are cooked through. Flip halfway through cooking.

  6. Once cooked, remove the shrimp from the smoker or grill and transfer to a serving platter.

  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
