Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 smoked sausages, sliced into chunks
  • 4 ears of corn, husked and cut into thirds
  • 1 pound of baby potatoes, halved
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 lemons, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons of Old Bay seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons of melted butter
  • Salt, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, sausages, corn, potatoes, minced garlic, lemon slices, Old Bay seasoning, melted butter, and salt.

  3. Toss everything together until well coated.

  4. Spread the mixture out onto a large sheet pan.

  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through, the sausages are browned, and the potatoes are tender.

  6. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley.

  7. Serve directly from the sheet pan for easy cleanup.
