Ingredients

  • 1 lb lump crab meat
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine crab meat, mayonnaise, egg, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, and Panko breadcrumbs. Mix well.

  2. Form mixture into 8 equal-sized patties.

  3. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  4. Cook patties until golden brown on each side, about 3-4 minutes per side.

  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
