How To Make Lemony Prawns & Avocado

Ingredients
- 1 pound of prawns, peeled and deveined
- 2 ripe avocados, diced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

In a bowl, combine the prawns, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.

Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the marinated prawns and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until they turn pink and opaque.

Remove the prawns from the pan and set aside. In the same pan, add the diced avocados and cook for 1-2 minutes, just until heated through.

Serve the prawns and avocado together, garnished with fresh parsley. Enjoy!
