How To Make Lemony Prawns & Avocado

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 2 ripe avocados, diced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the prawns, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.

  2. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the marinated prawns and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until they turn pink and opaque.

  3. Remove the prawns from the pan and set aside. In the same pan, add the diced avocados and cook for 1-2 minutes, just until heated through.

  4. Serve the prawns and avocado together, garnished with fresh parsley. Enjoy!
