Ingredients

  • 1 pound of prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Juice and zest of 1 Amalfi lemon
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  2. Add the prawns to the marinade and toss to coat. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.

  3. 3.Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  4. Thread the prawns onto skewers.

  5. Grill the prawns for 3-4 minutes per side, or until they turn pink and opaque.

  6. Remove the prawns from the skewers and transfer them to a serving platter.

  7. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve hot.
