  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, dried thyme, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.

  2. Rub the spice mixture onto both sides of each tilapia fillet.

  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  4. Add the tilapia fillets to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until the fish is blackened and cooked through.

  5. Serve hot.
