How To Make Barbecued Oysters with Garlic, Paprika & Parmesan Butter

- 12 fresh oysters
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the barbecue grill to medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, softened butter, smoked paprika, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.

Spoon a generous amount of the garlic, paprika, and Parmesan butter mixture onto each oyster.

Close the barbecue grill and cook the oysters for about 5-7 minutes, or until the butter is melted and the oysters are fully cooked.

Remove the oysters from the grill and garnish with fresh parsley.
