  • 1 medium head of broccoli, chopped into florets

  • 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup of red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup of feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine broccoli florets, cranberries, walnuts, red onion, and feta cheese.

  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.

  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well to coat.

  4. Serve chilled.
