  • 1/2 head white cabbage, shredded

  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the cabbage and radishes.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.

  3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage and radishes, tossing to coat evenly.

  4. Let the slaw sit for at least 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
