  • 1/2 head of green cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 head of red cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium-sized apple, cored and chopped
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the green and red cabbage, apple, and red onion.

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.

  3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to coat evenly.

  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
