How To Make Wild Salmon with Radish & Orange Slaw

Ingredients
- 4 wild salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 2 cups sliced radishes
- 1 large orange, peeled and segmented
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.

Grill the salmon for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.

In a bowl, combine the sliced radishes, orange segments, cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
