Ingredients

  • 4 wild salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 cups sliced radishes
  • 1 large orange, peeled and segmented
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.

  3. Grill the salmon for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.

  4. In a bowl, combine the sliced radishes, orange segments, cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  5. Toss well to combine.

  6. Serve the grilled salmon topped with the radish and orange slaw.
