How To Make Roasted Beetroot & Raw Honey Salad

Ingredients
- 4 medium-sized beetroots, peeled and diced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 cups mixed salad greens
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 tbsp raw honey
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large bowl, toss the diced beetroots with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Spread the beetroots on a baking sheet and roast for 25 minutes or until tender.

In a serving bowl, arrange the mixed salad greens.

Top the greens with the roasted beetroots.

Sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese and chopped walnuts.

Drizzle raw honey over the salad.
