Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lump crab meat
  • 2 ripe avocados, peeled and diced
  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, avocado, mixed greens, red onion, and cilantro.

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, honey, and salt and pepper to make the vinaigrette.

  3. Drizzle the vinaigrette over the salad and toss to coat.

  4. Serve immediately.
