How To Make Cooked Mushroom Salad

Ingredients
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 cups mixed salad greens
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions

In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and cook until they are tender and golden brown, about 10-12 minutes.

In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked mushrooms, mixed salad greens, cherry tomatoes, red onion, feta cheese, and parsley.
