Ingredients

  • 4 cups mixed spring greens
  • 1 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped radishes
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon sumac
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Pita chips, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the spring greens, cucumber, tomatoes, radishes, green onions, parsley, mint, and dill.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, sumac, salt, and pepper.

  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.

  4. Serve the fattoush with pita chips on the side.
