For Salad:

  • lbsBrussels sprouts
  • 1cupapple,diced
  • ½cupfeta cheese,crumbled or cubed
  • ½cuppecans,roughly chopped
  • ½cuppomegranate arils
  • ½cupbacon,cooked, crumbled

For Dressing:

  • 1tbspshallot,minced
  • cupolive oil
  • 2tbspred wine vinegar
  • 2tspdijon mustard
  • 2tsphoney
  • salt and pepper,to taste


  1. Cut the ends off the Brussels sprouts then cut them in half lengthwise. Thinly slice each Brussels sprout crosswise to cut into shreds.

  2. Place the shredded Brussels sprouts in a bowl along with the apple, feta cheese, pecans, pomegranate arils, and bacon.

  3. Place the shallot, olive oil, red wine vinegar, mustard, honey, and salt and pepper in a jar. Shake to combine.

  4. Pour the dressing over the salad, then toss to combine.

  5. Serve, and enjoy!
