How To Make Broccoli and Ramen Noodle Salad

Ingredients
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 packs ramen noodles
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
Instructions

Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and sesame oil.

Add broccoli florets, cooked ramen noodles, sliced almonds, chopped green onions, and dried cranberries to the bowl. Toss well to combine.
